During the first two years, please contact us via our service request form below regarding any warranty-related issues.
Before your move in day, a member of our customer care team will walk you through an orientation of your new home. You will be provided with an overview of the basics and you will receive your custom Homeowner Manual which includes detailed information about your new home. We will also perform a final quality check with you to ensure that everything meets our standards, and to make note of any final touch ups prior to completion.

A copy of your request form will be given to our service representative. If that person cannot complete your request, it will be forwarded to the trades-person responsible. Our service representative or the trades-person will contact you in advance to set up an appointment to complete the warranty work in a timely manner. We do not sell or give personal information to third parties.
